WA Wine Month: A Twist on Tradition

Celebrate Washington Wine Month at Smith Tower with a special lineup of wine-based cocktails, showcasing the incredible flavors of our region. We’re shining a spotlight on the Washington wines we love, blending them into creative, sip-worthy concoctions. Additionally, we’ll be featuring Washington Wines by the Bottle.

MID-WINTER NIGHT - A Mai Tai meets New York Sour, featuring a bold Smith Tower Red Blend float.

SMITH-GRIA - Our seasonal sangria, crafted with The Devil You Know Red Blend, rum, fruit liqueur, and a sparkling finish.

BLACK STILETTO - A French 75 reimagined, elevated with Savage Grace bubbles and a Smith Tower twist.

Our cocktail classes offer a hands-on demonstration led by our amazing bartending team, complete with all the equipment and ingredients you’ll need to make fantastic craft Smith Tower style cocktails. Each class has a different theme and cocktail lineup. Perfect for a date night, friends’ night out, or team-building activity.
